CarPoolTogether: Help Liv Get a New (Old) Car

Liv Pasquarelli, is a writer working in web3 from Rhode Island. Her work has been published in Creative Boom, Insider, SheKnows, and Rainbow & Co. She’s also contributed to Forefront, Tally, and Crypto Besties. Her Volvo S60 (named Veronique) has too many problems that it would cost more to fix the car than to just buy more reliable car. Liv hopes to find something more affordable that she can depend on like a used Honda CR-V or Civic with a budget of about $15,000. You can support Liv today on Juicebox with NFTs ranging from 0.1, 0.4, and 1 ETH.

In return for contributions, Liv has decided to offer:

  • The PoolTogether community can name her car

  • Weird memes curated for each donor, most likely including frogs

  • Eternal gratitude

  • Astrology chart readings

  • Virtual hugs

Part 3 of the ConstitutionDAO retrospective podcast is now live 📜

In this final part of the ConstitutionDAO retrospective series, Matthew and Brileigh are joined by members of PeopleDAO including AA, MatterTurbulent, and Matt Wyatt from Nucleo. After the ConstitutionDAO core team decided to wind down the project, a new community formed around the $PEOPLE token: PeopleDAO.

In this episode, Matthew and Brileigh trace the chronology of the events that took place after the Sotheby’s auction on November 18, 2021 and how PeopleDAO was formed as a metaDAO to incubate other subDAOs including PandaDAO and LanguageDAO. Almost exactly a year later, Sotheby’s is auctioning off the last privately owned original copy available of the U.S. Constitution on December 13th, 2022. UnumDAO (ConstitutionDAO2) is fundraising for the auction both in public using Juicebox and privately through a ZK tech stack that utilizes Aztec Network, Nucleo and Sismo. The core team tells us why they're launching another campaign and what it means in the middle of the bear market.

If you haven't listened to part 1 or part 2 yet, check them out on Spotify (part 1, part 2) and Apple Podcasts (part 1, part 2).
